For the android apk file you don't need anything if you are launching it on an android device. For the exe file just double-click it on Windows. For the appImage just double click it on Linux. For the Windows zip file first, extract it, then double click the application file. For the MacOS zip file first, extract it, then open the .app file. If these fail, please download another compatible file type or contact me in the Comments/Discussion board section.
